More and more cases get resolved each day at KADGIS due to The DG’s firm believe in dispute resolution and out of court settlement as against court case which in most cases drags on unnecessarily for a long period of time.
A dispute over encroachment between 3 neighbours was also finally put to rest today with the DG untiringly calling for peace to reign especially as this involves neighbours living in the area over a long period.
The case was finalised with a promise of giving compensation on compassionate ground to one of the parties and also withdrawing the case from court.
The Sarkin Kinkinau who was also present at the meeting expressed immense gratitude over how the dispute was finally resolved after much tussle which has led to litigation in the court of law.
