The following list contains the allocations which have been approved by His Excellency the Governor of Kaduna State since 2015 till May 2023.

The following Certificates of Occupancy have been signed by His Excellency the Governor of Kaduna State and subsequently Registered. It is now imperative that the owners collect these Certificates of Occupancy. Failure to do so will result in application of the appropriate sanctions as contained in the Terms and Conditions of the Grant of Right
