At KADGIS it’s reconciliation after another with more land disputes being resolved by the day.
Another landmark achievement was made today 16th Oct 2025 with the final resolution of a long,,tedious and complicated land dispute in the Eye Centre area of Kaduna involving,State Government, Property Developers and other stakeholders.
It was resolved that all title holders will have access to their lands,get building permit and to commence development immediately to avoid future revocation.
All Traditional leaders in the area are cautioned to stop selling any land or issuing documents for land transactions as doing so will be a violation of the law.
Compensation will also be given to those who deserve such as The State Government wants an amicable settlement so as to enable meaningful development of the area.
The meeting ended on a good note with a warm handshake to signal end to all hostilities between the disputing parties and to allow peace to reign .
