In another landmark achievement, today Monday 18th August 2025, KADGIS waded into a lingering and complex land dispute involving properties at Danmarna Road Ung Rimi Kaduna that were previously revoked and re-allocated to different parties.
As stated by the DG KADGIS Dr Bashir Garba Ibrahim, the State Governor Senator Uba Sani has ordered for the amicable resolution of the matter as such KADGIS is willing and ready to complement the negotiating process with alternative lands as compensation.
The conflicting parties accepted the offer made by KADGIS on behalf of the State Government and commended the DG for his doggedness and tenacity in resolving the issue,promising to reciprocate with an agreeable settlement between them and withdrawing the case from the court of law.
Additionally the DG KADGIS promised to make available, titles for the properties to the rightful owners within a short period and to put in place measures to guard against possible encroachment in the future.
