The stakeholders meeting for today 4th September 2025 hosted farmers from Kubau LGA over dispute between them and investors.
The DG KADGIS Dr Bashir Garba Ibrahim called on them to exercise patience as the case has been taken up with a view to bringing about a solution that will benefit all.
He added that there’s a comprehensive plan by the State Government to give out farmlands to farmers on lease which will enable them continue their farming activities and at the same time give the Investors opportunity to carry on with their business activities.
The DG enjoined them to be law abiding at all times and to desist from taking laws into their hands and to avoid breakdown of law and order in their communities and to also desist from violent confrontation with the he Investors.
