In a bid to bring about a lasting resolution to the long and lingering Kuzuntu farm dispute another stakeholders meeting was convened on the 10th of November with relevant stakeholders and decision taken on that regards relayed for onward dissemination to all concerned.
The dispute centred around a farmland at Kuzuntu Anchau district Kubau LGA measuring about one thousand hectares allocated to an investor which resulted in conflict with some community members and the inability of the investor to take full possession of the land.
But the State Government in it’s untiring resolve to bring about peace and create a conducive environment for investment to thrive
proposed a winning formula that will favour all parties.
As such the DG KADGIS Dr Bashir Garba Ibrahim urged all parties to remain calm and avoid breakdown of law and order as the matter is finally being resolved as no meaningful development can take place in the absence of peace.
