More and more dispute resolution and stakeholders meeting were being organised by KADGIS under the able leadership of the Director General Dr Bashir Garba Ibrahim to provide solutions to land disputes in order to fastrack the socioeconomic development of the State.
Two of such meetings were held 14th January 2026 with the first being between representatives of a Federal Government Agency who were given land for mass housing and Locals to discuss the issue of compensation.
The second meeting was between investors and a landowner in Maigana Soba LGA with both meetings arriving at a reasonable and amicable resolution which is to the benefit of all parties involved.
