Sequel to series of stakeholder meetings held with Tudun Biri and surrounding communities over the new Government layout plan and farms in the communities it was finally disclosed that their offers are ready based on assessment carried out by KADGIS.
It could be recalled that during the earlier meetings held it was revealed that the area is a forest reserve but has now been dereserved to pave way for this new development.
Th DG of KADGIS Dr. Bashir Garba Ibrahim while making the disclosure gave the assurance that all those assessed have been given farmland allocation and all farms have been beaconed with distribution to commence after the Sallah break.
In his remarks District head of Rigasa Arch. Muhammad Aminu Idris commended the State Government under the leadership of Senator Uba Sani for all the efforts made to transform Tudun Biri and surrounding communities after the unfortunate bombing incident that occurred.
He called on the locals and beneficiaries to safe guard the beacons erected and to desist from tampering with them as doing so will set back the progress made and will create room for encroachment.
