On the 13th Oct 2025 a long standing and complicated issue that has lingered for over 5 years was addressed with a view for final resolution.
Stakeholders from Unguwar Maaji in Millennium City converged at the Service centre where the DG KADGIS Dr Bashir Garba Ibrahim addressed them and issues were raised and trashed to the satisfaction of all present.
The DG gave assurance that all house owners will have their houses given back to them with title and subsequently same approach will be applied to land owners.
As is usual with such cases the DG urged for withdrawal of the case from litigation so as to have an out of court settlement which is for the benefit of all.
