In commemoration of his 54th Birthday, the Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani has approved the granting of Offer of Statutory Right of Occupancy to those who have purchased un-regularized government land in 833c Millennium City, in Chikun LGA Kaduna, who hitherto, were to lose their title in the area. The Governor in his kind gesture, magnanimously recognizes that they have invested and occupied the area for several years as such, approved the regularization of their titles.
Flagging off the presentation of the offers to those affected, the Management of KADGIS, led by the Director General, Dr. Bashir Garba Ibrahim were at the area and went house to house to present the offer letters to each of claimants.
In their responses towards the governor’s gesture, the people commended and appreciated him for approving their titles and prayed for the success of his administration.
