The Director General of KADGIS, Dr. Bashir Garba has led the management team of the Service to the Palace of the Emir of Zazzau, to intimate the Emir, HRH Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli about the new reforms for lands and farms initiated by the Kaduna state government in the state with the aim of finding permanent solutions to problems associated with lands and farm lands.
The team were also at the Emir’s Palace to seek for his blessings to begin the registration of undocumented property under the regularization program, which after being commissioned by His Royal Highness, marked the commencement of the program in the state. Hence KADGIS team will be going round the whole state to distribute bills and the forms, door to door through every nook and cranny of every local government area.
The Governor of Kaduna State has granted approval for the regularization of 28 undocumented areas across the state to enable those residing there obtain the digital CofO and has reduced the penalty fees to ease the burden on the masses.
