It’s another historic day at KADGIS 15th October 2025 as a case which has dragged on for over 10 years was today finally resolved with all contending parties to the dispute in agreement with the resolution which was brokered by the indefatigable DG Dr. Bashir Garba Ibrahim.
The case involved a vast expanse of land with Local Government C of O at Maraban Rido area of Chikun LGA part of which was revoked by the Government in the year 2013 to pave way for development which ended in litigation.
A Reconciliatory Committee set up by the present Government adviced for out of court settlement which was finally achieved at the Service centre today.
This is in continuation of the land dispute resolution drive of the Government in ensuring that no one is being short changed and justice is served to all.
