Still on the issue of resolving land dispute,A stakeholder meeting convened 29th January 2026 involving multiple parties over a parcel of land addressed the issue with a critical eye aimed at a peaceful resolution.
An earlier instruction by KADGIS was for all developments to cease until resolution has been reached but it was breached by some plot owners.
At the end of the meeting it was agreed by all parties involved to tow the line of peace and justice instead of a lengthy court process and for KADGIS to give compensation to the title holder for loss incurred.
District Head of Danbushiya Alh Mukhtar Haruna commended KADGIS for its foresight and resolve to minimise land related disputes and for being fair in it’s dispute resolutions which is a plus for this administration under the leadership of Senator Uba Sani.
He prayed for the continued success of KADGIS with Dr Bashir Garba Ibrahim at the helm of affairs whose tenure has brought about much needed reforms in land administration in Kaduna State.
