UNAUTHORISED FARMLAND PROMOTION BY BEACON CORPORATE REALTY LTD
The attention of the Kaduna Geographic Information Service (KADGIS) has been drawn to an advert on social media platforms by Beacon Corporate Realty Ltd promoting the sale of farmlands under “AgroCity Kaduna Farmland Promo” and claiming KADGIS-issued Certificates of Occupancy (C of O).
KADGIS wishes to state that no partnership, Development Lease Agreement (DLA), or Public-Private Partnership (PPP) exists between it and the said company for the sale or allocation of land in Kaduna State.
The public is hereby advised to verify directly with KADGIS the authenticity of any company or developer before making payments for land or property.
KADGIS remains the sole agency of the Kaduna State Government responsible for land administration and title registration. Any unauthorized sale or promotion of land in KADGIS’ name is illegal and subject to prosecution.
