Stakeholders from Unguwar Waziri Babbar Saura in Millennium City converged at the Service centre 15th Dec 2025 for a resolution on land dispute between plot/house owners and a Developer.
It was resolved that the area will be regularised and integrated in to an existing Government layout with compensation to be given where necessary and titled as well after assessment has been conducted by KADGIS.
This is part of a broader initiave by the State Government in ensuring that land/property owners do not loose out in such situations in the spirit of justice and fairness.
As a fallout for this meeting all developments in the area are to seize until the process has been completed and traditional rulers are advised to stop authorizing any sale of land/property .
