Sobawa community stakeholders and land owners were part of a stakeholder meeting at KADGIS to discuss on issues of concern with regards to taking land possession by allottees and investors.
The DG of KADGIS Dr Bashir Garba Ibrahim gave the assurance that all obstacles preventing taking possession have been noted and will be addressed including involving Security agencies where necessary.
He called for all parties to exercise patience and restraint while the issue is being sorted out as Kaduna State Government has zero tolerance for breakdown of law and order.
In addition a regularisation exercise will be rolled out for the affected communities to ensure ownership and guard against encroachment on Government land .
